JOGGING TIME!everybody loves to be fit and healthyive been skipping any possible supper, eating lots of fruits andSALAD(i like seafood salad) and not forgetting lifting weights.okay. although i only lifted weights once this week, ITS A GOOD START LAH. (:
and i eat potato salad. The last few weeks. However, i eat lots of ice cream. ice cream anyone? who can resist:D
